A Grand Los Angeles Residence for the World Cup
Available May-June-July
Step into a vision of Los Angeles as it once was—spacious, gracious, and quietly glamorous. This remarkable historic mansion offers a rare chance to experience an older LA that has nearly vanished: high ceilings, generous rooms, and a sense of calm scale that feels worlds away from the city’s glass-and-steel present.
Located in the heart of Koreatown, the house is centrally positioned—approximately 15 minutes from all World Cup venues, making it an ideal base for matches, media, or entertaining between games.
The House
• Six bedrooms, five baths
• Grand public rooms designed for conversation, meals, and late nights
• A layout that accommodates families, guests, or small teams with ease
• Period details and proportions that evoke classic Los Angeles living
The Experience
This is not a short-term rental that feels interchangeable. It’s a home with presence and memory—perfect for those who want their World Cup stay to feel rooted, elegant, and distinctly Los Angeles. Mornings unfold slowly. Evenings invite gatherings. The city is close, but never pressing in.
Ideal For
• World Cup visitors seeking space and character
• Media or creative teams needing comfort and privacy, and room to meet
• Families or groups who value atmosphere as much as location
Available June 7 July.
A singular opportunity to live inside a piece of Los Angeles history—at the very center of the world’s game.
Located in the Koreatown area on a quiet residential street with plenty of free street parking. The house was built in 1913 by famous architect alferd Rosenheim whose own residence was next door and is now known from the TV series American Horror Story and it was later a nun's convent for fifty years; the house is 7,000+ square feet with a huge grand staircase and entryway. There's a beautiful formal living room with gold leaf details, chandelier and French doors that open to a wrap-around outdoor porch, expanding the space even more. The large outdoor porch wraps around the whole front of the house and is great for entertaining. There's a library with fireplace, also with French doors opening out onto the porch. A large formal dining room, butler pantry for staging catering right off the dining room, and a large kitchen with double oven is perfect for hosting a wedding party. Upstairs two beautiful, large bedrooms are available for wardrobe changes and escape room for the hosts/family members. Outdoors there is an enclosed side yard, large front yard and a flagstone patio with fountain area in back. There are tons of possibilities for using the space to entertain, stage location shoots, film verticals, or put on a classy wedding reception or book party.
