If you’d like to feature any of our property in your recorded media, just let us know either when booking or while you’re here. We can either include these items in a custom booking offer for you, or add them as extra charges at the end of your rental. (If you’d like to show the whole environment of the studio, including its furnishings and design aesthetic, please see note below for “Location” rentals, which includes the use of all available props as well). **LOCATION** If you'd like to feature the environment or design aesthetic of the studio’s lounge, kitchen, conference area, etc., in your recorded media, the rate for your booking will be updated (via Custom Offer) to $250 per hour with an 8 hour minimum. ***NOTES FOR MOTION PRODUCTIONS*** The listed rate of $190/hr on this page is based on a "classic" photoshoot with stills cameras, strobe lighting, smaller crews and regular passenger vehicles. **MOTION** If your production includes any of the following, the rate for your booking will be updated (via Custom Offer) to $225 per hour with an 8 hour min. * Grip truck * Special effects (please inquire) * Recording sound * Continuous lighting * Dolly track, etc. **NOTICE** Accordingly, we reserve the right to update and/or change the classification of your rental and related rental rates, fees and surcharges upon our observation of your actual activities in the space.
