DUMBO loft with view of Brooklyn Bridge and Downtown Manhattan

Private 1500 sq. ft DUMBO studio with 11 foot ceilings and 4 large windows with view of downtown Manhattan and Brooklyn Bridge. The studio has a full kitchen and bathroom, the building has both a passenger elevator and a freight elevator. Located in the heart of DUMBO, the studio can not only be used for daylight and strobe shoots as well as a holding/staging area for film shoots. The F, A, and C trains are nearby and there are several parking garages as well. Client lounge area, clothing racks, hangars, C-stands, auto poles, camera stand, portable make-up table, steamer, iron and ironing board, ladders, saw horses, tabletops (4x4 and 4x8), v-flats, sand bags and folding tables are included with rental. The space is great for still life or small fashion shoots...maximum crew size of 6. ***Due to Covid, I have temporarily reduced the maximum crew size to 6 to allow for sufficient distancing. Masks must be worn upon entry to building and all day in space except for the on set talent.***
