We can rent you out 1 floor which can hold up to 40 people for $145 per hour with $90 flat one time fee cleaning fee. Or we can rent you out both floors which can hold up to 75 people for $245 an hour with $160 flat one time cleaning fee. Event Policies: - Our thoughtful noise policy requires music to be lowered at 12 AM for respect to our neighbors. - Please consider that your setup and breakdown must be within the rental time parameters. - Parties are welcome to extend till a generous 12:30 AM. - Decorating is encouraged within minor guidelines to maintain the venue's vintage charm (e.g. no confetti).
