The loft is the penthouse of a beautiful 1920's building in the Historic Core of downtown Los Angeles. The space is a 50ft x 40ft open floor plan with 17ft high ceiling. It features brick walls, large windows all around the loft providing lots of natural light! We keep the pictures accurate so all the furniture, artwork and plants you see in the photos are available and usable as props to build your ideal set. Everything can be moved (with care) and just need to be placed back where it was at the end of your booking. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions. LOAD IN and LOAD OUT: Park in the adjacent public lot and use our dolly to bring your equipment to the lobby. There are 2 regular elevators in the lobby and a freight elevator in the back of the building for larger equipment worth. We're here to help make the process easy and smooth! REGARDING SOUND: The loft is on the 14th floor and isn’t facing the main street so you don't get the regular traffic noise. You'll just have some police sirens and helicopters once in a while but that's pretty standard for DTLA. No noise either coming from neighbors and there's no construction site close by. Please note a site rep will be present on location in the private office to answer questions or provide any assistance. We have a security camera inside the space.

The space, surfaces, door knobes, light switchers, chairs, etc are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC inbetween every shoot or events. I provide disinfecting spray, paper towels and hand sanetizer in the space. You are required to bring your own face masks and gloves for your crew. Let me know about any specific requests regarding Health & Safety Measures.
