Normally a world dance studio, this 1800 square foot space in the heart of Bethesda's Woodmont Triangle restaurant district can be easily transformed into a small concert venue or intimate reception space. It includes 15 foot ceilings, over 50 Moroccan lanterns (most for sale), a Middle Eastern front room with a tiled counter, antique carved wood arches, tile fountains and the main 1000 foot studio space with one restroom. • 4 large speakers • Parking Garage Across the street • Metered Street Parking • Outside Food & Beverage Allowed Dance classes hold 25 moving bodies. Fire marshal maximum is 50 people. It is ideal for henna or birthday parties and other themed events. The acoustics are good when the rugs are down. Food and alcohol are permitted but no food preparation on site.
