Our dynamic 2700 square foot black box theater is available for hourly, daily, and week-long rentals. It’s a perfect space for productions, staged or table readings, developmental work sessions, or individual rehearsals as well as film and photo shoots or meetings. The 14Y Theater is perfect for artists and content creators seeking a dedicated space to perform, screen films, rehearse, photograph, or film your project. Our Black Box Theater is a blank canvas, the perfect place for your imagination to come to life. For live performances the space seats up to 93 audience members. The space is fully ADA accessible. Renters have access to: Two chorus style dressing rooms available, each can fit about 6-8 people. There is also a private bathroom available backstage. Basic theater props such as cabaret chairs, armless musician chairs, and stools are available. The theater has a piano available for an extra fee which includes tuning. There is a black/grey marley dance floor available for an extra fee which includes cost of tape and labor.
