The Auditorium is perfect for speaker panels, conferences, banquets, meetings, lectures, expos and more. The recently refinished original Douglas Fir floor and vintage chalkboards give it a unique character that people are sure to appreciate. The space itself is 33' x 40.5', and has a raised performance stage (33' wide x 13.5' deep x 18" height) and has a capacity to fit 100 people. The space is also located next to a restroom. Amenities include: - Theater LED lighting grid - blackout theater curtains & private stage exit (no built-in chairs) - LCD projector and wall screens ($60/use) - Sound system ($50/use) - Basic stage lights ($50/use) - 100 Chairs + Tables All rates listed are hourly: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm: $90 Mon - Fri, 6pm - 10pm: $90 Sat, 9am - 4pm: $90 Sun, 9am - 6pm: $90 We also offer many amenities at no cost, including podium, chairs, tables, and Wi-Fi. If cost is a barrier, please let us know upon rental request and we can do our best to accommodate you. Just outside the Auditorium, there is a bar that can be set up for concessions and drinks for performances for an additional fee. Our center itself is a large building built in 1902, and today it operates as a non-profit promoting life-long learning, creativity, culture, community activism, and the preservation of our historic building. It is located in the heart of University District, 10 minutes away from the University of Washington by foot. The center has a parking lot with free parking as well as paid street parking on the perimeter. **Please Note: The exterior of the historic UHeights Center building is currently undergoing renovation. If you are considering renting Room #104 or Room #209, we recommend reviewing the latest project updates to understand how the renovations may impact your rental experience. Política de cancelación

Estándar de 30 días

Los huéspedes pueden cancelar su reserva hasta 30 días antes de la hora de inicio del evento y recibirán un reembolso completo (incluidas todas las comisiones) del coste de su reserva. Los huéspedes pueden cancelar su reserva entre 30 y 7 días antes de la hora de inicio del evento y recibirán un reembolso del 50 % (excluyendo las comisiones) del coste de su reserva.
