There's additional fees for leaving the studio a mess, dirty, or disorderly. Fees occur for any broken or damaged props, furniture, floor, walls, fixtures, equipment - ANY studio damage. PUT ALL PROPS BACK EXACTLY where you got them from to avoid a studio reset fee of $50.
