The master bedroom, with balcony and open loft leading to roof terrace, has large floor to ceiling windows, fireplace, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom with dry sauna, Japanese soaking tub. Additional information: Both the interior and the exterior of the home is available for filming and productions. Feel free to move furniture/wall art movement but return everything to how you found it. Open to allowing crews to paint walls as long as you paint them and return them to original colors. Pets Allowed. Backyard has a bbq. No Pool. House is extremely quiet for recording dialog. Lots of natural light. All areas of the space accessible for production purposes. Normal household power.
