A bar/ private club set with tropical outdoor area

The space is in use almost everyday by our regulars, we can accommodate Peerspace guests only when their schedule allows it. **We recommend reserving the space 5 - 14 days prior your shooting date to allow us to arrange our own shooting schedule accordingly. Our space works best for small to modest size still and film shoots, instructional video productions, interviews and castings. All crews with more than 5 persons/crew members are considered only on case by case basis. Pre-shoot scout visit is mandatory for all bookings, except still photography shoots with less than 5 guests/crew members. Cash/credit card deposit and on-site rep may be required for larger film shoots, depending on details of your shoot, or alternatively, you can hire our on-site rep for $150-$350 a/day. The set was originally built to serve our own needs to photograph cocktails/cocktail culture related subjects in a controlled environment. Located inside the second, smaller building of a private residential property, the overall vibe is more "private club" than a commercial bar. The approximately 400 sq ft (+ 900 sq ft yard with 100% privacy and separate 200 sq ft garage/workshop area) indoor bar area has 3 distinctive background looks; "bar", "library" and "wood paneled wall". The fourth wall, opposing the bar, has three large windows with natural light pouring in (direct sunlight appears before noon). We have pre-cut, pre-hung Duvetyn black out fabrics to make the space daylight -free, if desired. Just bring enough gaffer tape to seal the sides of fabrics from daylight. In addition to indoor background looks, the outdoor area offers tall & leafy "jungle" look. Hand painted textured backdrop canvases and an assortment of furniture is available for rent. As our rental furniture changes often, not all furniture is included in our "add-on" gallery. Some of the furniture seen in our general gallery belong to past clients. We have a variety of bar/cocktail shoot props, such as ever changing variety of vintage ashtrays, spill mats, drip racks, cocktail shakers / barware and enough assorted glassware for approximately 100 persons. The bar set can be dressed for different commercial bar looks, i.e craft cocktail, dive, etc for an additional fee. To change the look of the bar top underneath the photographed cocktails/barware, there's assortment of pre-cut, pre-painted partial bar tops, made of wood, glass, plexiglass, copper and marble. This selection is always changing; we recommend visiting first and reserving the ones you want to use in your shoot. The adjacent bathroom has a shower. Always message us first about availability before starting the actual booking process.
