Beautiful 4.5 acre mountainside property over looking Ross Lake, located in Fallbrook, California. You will love the garden, lake and pristine mountain views. This is a great place for events, photography or film production. Drone friendly with unrestricted air space. We grow many varieties of fruit on the property. We grow apples, grapefruits, tangerines, lemons, passion fruit, dragon fruit, macadamia nuts, blackberries and pomegranates, just to name a few. However, everything is in season at different times of the year. We also have an organic vegetable garden. Our area is known for its mild weather and for its tropical feel. Disclaimers... The guesthouse is 500 square feet, however you would have access and use of the entire 4.5 acre property. ***There is only AC in the guesthouse bedroom. There are also several fans throughout the guesthouse. ***We are located 15 minutes from the nearest corner store in town (Fallbrook) or 25 minutes to the nearest corner store in Temecula.
