Spark Studios' natural light photo studio includes access to multiple looks in one beautiful open-floor plan location. We have vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows, along with: •A white wainscoting wall, approx 12' x 8' •A white minimalist wall, approx 16' x 12' •A seamless backdrop with white, tan, & 1 seasonal color ($25 fee for use) •Godox Studio Light + Trigger ($25 fee for use) Additional Details In addition to an exceptional shooting environment and professional business with staff on-site during your shoot, your hourly rental includes: •Air conditioning •Private dressing room •Furniture shown in our photos including a desk and floor mattress •Private parking lot with plenty of parking STUDIO GUIDELINES (your shoot must be in line with the following): -All content must include NO nudity, be PG-13, and tasteful -Maximum of 6 guests -No pets
