There are several decks and a huge outdoor cement patio area, all with stunning views. The 2 story house has two bedrooms and a glass loft over the vaulted ceiling living room, open kitchen and huge sliding glass doors that open onto the pool and patio fire pit. The very large upstairs deck off the master bedroom has panoramic views. THE BEST PART ABOUT THIS LOCATION is the incredible natural light that floods over the entire property from sunrise to sunset. We have the space to create whatever mood you can imagine. IMPORTANT: Posted rates apply to standard business hours which are Monday – Friday 8am to 9pm. Weekends are $375 per hour. For productions only, Hours are calculated when the first person arrives and last person leaves. No refunds for any unused time. Booking minimum 2 hours.
