Located in the heart of the Hyattsville Arts District, our creative space is approximately 1200 square feet with the option to add on our outdoor space (800 sq ft). We are a multimedia flex-use space dedicated to allowing creatives express and share their art with the world. The modern and intimate design of our space make it ideal for workshops, intimate parties, trainings, film shoots, performing arts, networking events, pop ups, dinners and art exhibitions. Make our loft as you want it! The possibilities are endless. Getting to The Loft is easy with close proximity to Routes 1 and 50. You'll have 35 dedicated parking spots for you and your guests.
