NYC Loft Style Studio in the heart of Blagden Alley Historical District. Much effort was given to preserving this 1870’s landmark carriage house and its legacy while remodeling in 2018. The large space features hardwood floors throughout, tons of natural light, a gourmet kitchen, with two comfortable lounges. The building is set back on a quiet street yet close enough to enjoy the pulse of Shaw & Logan and steps away from the DC Convention Center, a 10 minute walk to the Verizon center and a 15 minutes walk to the White House. The Studio is perfect for off site meetings, training sessions, classes, team building activities, show room, art studio... The Studio is 1000 square feet of open, bright and changeable space.
