The home was built in 1868 and has undergone a 15-year renovation to restore it to its original condition. When you step onto the property and into the home, you'll feel that you've stepped back in time. This home and its five-acre estate are perfect for photo shoots and locations for film.
This home comes with history: it was built by a family of Spiritualists and it is the site of the case of the "Watseka Wonder," a bizarre case of healing through possession that took place at the home in 1878.
The home is located in Watseka, IL, 90 miles south of downtown Chicago.
