Our 1,000+ sq ft space is located in the heart of Uptown on the corner of 17th and Downing. There will always be an on-site manager present in case you need any assistance throughout your booking. The space was originally built in the late 1890's and has many original qualities still intact. It served as a flower shop, a yoga studio, the first Denver Free University, and a photography studio prior to becoming an art gallery in 2011. We are in the heart of the 17th Avenue corridor with a number of popular restaurants and bars nearby, ample street parking, la Bouche Wine Bar within the same building, and nearby grocery stores within 1/2 mile.
