It was built in 1914 and features a large stone fireplace and natural clay walls - kitchen, living room and French style bedroom with a claw-foot bathtub and small stone fireplace. The property is nestled in the mountains with surrounding lush woodlands, creeks, and nearby hiking trails. There is a beautiful view of the canyon in the daytime and an abundance of stars at night. The property has lots of parking. Only 15 minutes from Santa Monica, Malibu and the Valley, it feels like you are far off in the mountains.
