We do not provide any photographers, videographers or any equipment (lights, backdrops, extension cords, etc.). You must bring your own. This space stays cool! There are multiple ceiling fans and several large industrial floor fans which keep the space cool. This space has heat! There is a large industrial heat blower in the first floor room which heats up the space very nicely. This space (the first floor room of the warehouse) is a large open gallery space with graffiti and street art pieces filling the walls from floor to ceiling and even covering the floor. The first floor of the warehouse has 3 large bathrooms with mirrors. There are multiple electrical outlets in the first floor room of the warehouse and in the hallways. We do not provide a PA system. Please bring your own. We have lots of furniture (couches, chairs, sofas, etc.) that can be used. However, please treat the furniture gently and put everything back as you found it when you are finished using the space. The warehouse is three floors. When you shoot at the warehouse, you can shoot in the hallway and stairway as well. There are no elevators in the building. This listing is for our 4,000 square foot first floor room with graffiti! This space has a maximum capacity of 200 people. Please contact us if you will have more than 40 people. This is our production listing for the first floor room.
