The house flows nicely from room to room, you are able to see to the backyard when standing at the front door. It is a plant filled space. The upstairs primary bedroom can be used on a case by case basis (for shoots longer than 4 hours) or for a fee, please inquire. The backyard is grass and concrete, used for tents, tables, chairs, wardrobe, catering, or a space for the crew. The driveway next to the backyard is not used for cars, which leads to the garage, which is off limits for production unless discussed prior to booking. The home is easy to get to, right in the heart of Eagle Rock, a short drive to Highland Park, Pasadena, Glendale, Silverlake and Echo Park. It is located right off freeways 2, and 134. There is ample street and driveway parking and no street sweeping.
