Professional Photo Studio and Creative Space (3000 sq. ft.)

All events subject to approval by studio owner. In short, we don't want big drunken parties. We are happy to host art shows, video premieres, tasteful birthday parties, etc. Alcohol consumption is permitted but must be limited. We are trying to find a workable situation after some bad experiences so please bear with us. All events must end by 10pm (in consideration of our neighbors), with cleanup to be completed by midnight unless other arrangements are agreed upon beforehand. The Bamboo Club is right at the end of the street that works as an "after" spot. If next day cleanup is arranged extra charges for the time will apply. We reserve the right to provide our own security. NO UNDERAGE DRINKING. This cannot be stressed enough. We will not hesitate to shut down events that violate underage drinking laws WITH NO REFUNDS! Seems like a no brainer but we are only speaking from experience. We throw our own parties, art shows, music performances and film/video premieres and are open to other ideas as well.
