Production Studio with Multiple Sets & Distinctive Looks A unique production studio inside a spacious warehouse setting, designed for photography, video production, content creation, commercials, music videos, interviews, and editorial shoots. The space features multiple curated sets and vignettes, making it possible to capture a variety of different looks without changing locations. Every booking includes exclusive access to all of the sets and the entire studio. We do not double-book multiple groups at the same time, so you and your team will have the space to yourselves during your booking. You may see exposed structure, aged surfaces, industrial details, and the natural character of the building. These imperfections are part of the aesthetic and are often an asset for productions looking for an authentic industrial, loft, or urban atmosphere. If your production requires a perfectly clean, controlled, sterile environment, this may not be the right space. For productions looking for character, texture, and atmosphere, the warehouse setting is part of what makes the location distinctive. Looking for something specific from the photos? Furniture, props, and fixtures are frequently moved around. If there is something you want included in your shoot, please ask in advance so we can have it ready. Production & Large Crews Pricing is based strictly on the number of people attending. Please review the pricing table carefully when booking. For larger-scale productions, please inquire about custom production packages and access to our dedicated workshop and production capabilities, including welding, woodworking, and casting. Important Notes Outdoor filming: Absolutely no filming or photography outside the studio unless it has been discussed and explicitly approved prior to booking. Sound: This is a large warehouse space and is not completely soundproof. That said, the space has successfully been used for interviews, dialogue, and even a cappella recordings. We can arrange for the studio to be as quiet as reasonably possible, but occasional exterior sounds—such as a passing truck—cannot be completely eliminated. Temperature: The warehouse does not have central air conditioning and can become chilly during winter months. Supplemental heating is available, and the private enclosed dressing room is heated. Booking Confirmation Please make sure your booking has been confirmed before considering the time slot reserved. An inquiry does not automatically reserve the space. We have had several guests submit inquiries and never return to complete the booking.
