There are 23 wood steps up to the ole hunting lodge home built in 1923, nestled in its own canyon in the canyon. Downstairs, the house is furnished and cozy with a checkered kitchen floor with a nook (seating 6) and a terra cotta tiled living room with seating area with record player, records, books, bay window and fireplace. The upstairs bathroom is quintessential Laurel Canyon with a deep tiled tub glassed-in overlooking the forest. Amazing spot for photo shoots. There is one small bedroom and one office room upstairs. Please let us know in advance if you will be needing access to these rooms for your production. Off the bedroom there is a patio balcony with a small seating area. Stairs lead out the back to steep stone steps up to the magical deck area. There is a long table that seats 8; great for meetings or meal settings. There is a infared sauna and cold plunge, gas fire pit, BBQ, 2 chair table, a storage greenhouse and small music studio. The back yard is fenced in. There are small sheds with tools like leaf blower, shovel, rake, outdoor extension cord and other yard tools are stored. There are power outlets in the back. The deck accommodates backdrops for photographers and videographers. Its a great scene for filming.
