Catering is permitted, and there are a variety of nearby options available. We also have a list of options to share upon request.
The room can accommodate up to 25 people with a setup of 2 long tables, each with 6 chairs on either side and a chair at each end. The U-shape configuration shown in the pictures seats 16 chairs around the setup. Additional chairs can be arranged along the back wall to reach the full capacity of 25 seats.
For reservations outside of Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm: Please visit on the day of your reservation or one business day in advance (for weekend bookings) to collect a building access card and meeting room key. The building is secured outside regular hours, so you will need to be on the first floor to admit your guests. The Conference Center is on the second floor, and you do not need the access card to use the elevator to reach it.
For weekend reservations in July, August, and September: Please note that the building’s cooling system is turned off at 1 pm on Saturdays due to low occupancy. If you require cooling after this time, it can be arranged at an additional cost of $40 per hour. There are no such restrictions during other months, as the building maintains comfortable temperatures after hours.
