This lobby and reception area is great for office scenes. It includes a curved wooden reception desk, wooden desk stations and faux leather reception chairs. It includes support rooms for talent and crew including a kitchen, makeup and wardrobe room, green room, production loft, lobby area, restrooms and an optional conference room. The space also has heavy power capacity. We have lighting and grip gear for rent on-site as well. Space is deep cleaned in between each shoot. Areas are spaced out to abide by social distancing rules. Restrooms were recently remodeled to accommodate for just one person at a time. Hand sanitizing stations are available throughout the space. There is a large outdoor parking lot as well as multiple doors and a large 12’ x 12’ bay doors that can be opened for ventilation.
