Intimate Performance or Rehearsal Space

Our beautiful 650 sq foot open space is flexible, allowing for a variety of uses. It’s the perfect space for weekend-long workshops in the literary arts, creative arts, sessions in alternative therapies or sciences as well as yoga, movement arts & dance. The space is large enough to host a sit down meeting for 10 people. It’s not a good space to host a party. We offer an hourly rate and weekend rates for classes, meetings, theater rehearsals or unplugged music rehearsals. The space may also be rented for unplugged musical or theater performance. Key codes keep the room secure. East-facing wall of windows look onto the beautiful courtyard allowing plenty of light. Full curtains provide privacy if desired. Floors are polished wood and ceilings are 10 feet tall. Interior lighting, colors & plants provide an ambient and warm atmosphere. Large handicap accessible doorways and bathroom with no stairs allows everyone to access the space. Street parking is plentiful & easy. (The parking lot is not for our use). All the furniture can be moved (except the piano). Please return furniture to original location. The space is available all day/night Friday - Sunday. Also available some Monday and Tuesday evenings 6:30pm -10:00pm. Key code access will be provided once registration is complete. Guests may come and go as they wish with coded entry. We aim to support the arts community with somewhat flexible rates so if $ is prohibitive please inquire anyway! We ask all guests to kindly be respectful of 10pm curfew. Thank you!❤️
