This is a wonderful, modern, conference room perfect for meetings, depositions, interviews, brainstorming sessions or just space to have a quiet conference room with seating up to 20. Tons of natural light fill the space! Kitchen access included with all the essentials (water, coffee, tea, utensils, plates, etc). The whole room is equipped with fast Wi-Fi and the conference room has a beautiful glass whiteboard! A TV is also on the wall so you can connect for a presentation. There is also a nice courtyard/seating area and café in the lobby of the building! Meeting Support: - High speed wifi - glass dry erase board (and markers) - Printer/Scanner/Copier - Big Screen TV w/ HDMI hookups PARKING: Once you drive in to the gate, you will veer to the right. on your left side will be a parking structure. You can park anywhere that does not say "reserved" in the structure. The parking is $8 p/hr per person but after 4 hours the flat rate is $31 each. Each person can just pay for parking themselves at the attendant booth on their way out, or we can supply parking validations for everyone and we can just charge you separately when you arrive/leave.
