Perfect for a an outdoor meeting space, outdoor yoga, and so much more. The backyard vantage point is very private, tucked away from the public - - 2 vehicles maximum are able to be parked in the rear of property underneath carport, the rest must be parked on the street. Due to this property located in an older residential area, we can accommodate CORPORATE PARTIES / EVENTS of 25 or less only. . Perfect for a garden party, launch party , tasting party, and so much more. Host can provide an 8 ft long table / chairs. Additional table / chairs / coverings will need to be supplied by booking guest. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: NO PETS NOR ASSIST ANIMALS ALLOWED on the interior of property Bedrooms are not accessible with this listing, only a bathroom.

As host, the following measures are implemented to help prevent the spread of COVID-19: Social distancing The host will personally check the booking guest in on the initial visit. Subsequently though, self check-in and checkout is available. The host pledges to space bookings at least 3 days, between the last guest who booked property, and the reservation booked by the Peerspace guest. A care kit will be provided to booking guest / crew that contains items such as hand sanitizers, cleaning supplies, etc.
