Designed by local Denver photographers, Realm’s incredibly beautiful 1500+ square foot Studio, the Open Space, is awash in textures and flooded with natural light. The curve of the Cyc is the perfect backdrop for a clean and bright environment, ready for transformation. FURNITURE The interiors feature a variety of lounge pieces, tables, chairs, rugs, plants and posing blocks. In addition to the clean and open Cyc wall, a few lifestyle scenes are photo-ready upon arrival. All furniture can be moved during your booking to create a custom look and feel. All of Realm If you’re in need of more space, or simply want all of Realm to yourself (a privacy amenity perfect for boudoir or audio needs), you can upgrade to All of Realm. This includes the Open Space as described above at 1500+ SF, our second Studio at 700 SF as well as our Loft at 190 SF, suspended above both Studios. You can head over to our listing for all of Realm here. 2. Cyc Wall Paint A fresh coat of paint can be added to your booking prior to arrival making the Cyc wall so fresh and so clean. A fresh coat can be coordinated only if your shoot is the first AM slot. 3. Pet Fee We also offer a flat rate Pet Fee so you can bring your furry friends (our personal faves) in tow. We’ve seen cats, dogs, even snakes at Realm. 4. Professional Cleaning With our on-site support, you can trust that Realm is a turnkey experience—we keep it tidy and clean, but sometimes having our Professional Cleaners drop in before is a lovely little jump start. Juggling a lot of logistics for your production? Adding on a Professional Cleaning to be scheduled at the end of your booking can just remove one little element of stress in the best way possible.
