Lounge side has cushy chairs, sofas and lounge seats. Exposed brick walls and wood floors. Commercial zoned with large outdoor deck for with tables/seating for entertaining off Gratiot Ave. Also there is additional space in the basement. Free parking available, in walking distance to Eastern Market. ** As of July 1, 2023 there will be a 2nd restroom on the main floor.

• We disinfect, use products that meet EPA’s criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2 and that are appropriate for the surface. Prior to wiping the surface, allow the disinfectant to sit for the necessary time recommended by the manufacturer.
