Newly-remodeled, 3-story townhouse. Pricing is for one story, though all 3 could be made available for a reasonable rate. In addition to the 3 stories, there is an additional basement space for storage. The parlor floor (up outside staircase) is an open, 1000 sq ft space with stainless steel kitchen and a full bath. The parlor level is equipped 10.5 foot ceilings and Philips Hue lighting that changes to any color you like (voice activated). Mid-century iconic furniture is easy to move and rearrange as you need for the shoot. 65 inch TV and Sonos sound throughout the house. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs. There is also a nice skylight upstairs. One of the bedrooms is set up as an office. The parlor level has a deck and back yard access. There is an additional apt in the house with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 bath on the ground floor. More photos available upon request. Kitchen supplies available upon request. Our day rate covers 8 hours, but we'd be happy to quote additional hours.
