Private Area For Photo Shoot

The space available was a garage turned into an in-law suite but then turned into a photo studio by previous owners. It is occasionally used by me for indoor photography sessions. The area is heated and also has air conditioning and ceiling fan. It is also carpeted and has high ceilings.. The studio space is off of the house and separated by two doors and it also has a private entrance for yourself to use and any clients visiting. I honestly don’t know the size of the room but I’d say at least 10x10, but it was originally a two car garage and inside has an actual room with a door (the photo studio). Room will be cleared upon arrival - backdrops and props and stored in the back area of the room. There is a half bathroom right off of the area that can be used if needed.
