Woodsy, Warm Designer Home in the Woods

You're invited to use our beautifully-styled home on 2 wooded acres with hot tub as the background of your next shoot or event, owned by a designer and landscaper couple. Just 15 min from downtown Louisville across the toll-free bridge! Our house has been featured in commercials, a variety of shoots including family, engagement, and boudoir. The second floor living room features a vaulted ceiling with woodbeams and a statement wood-burning fireplace with 100+ year old hearth and wooden-look ceramic planked tile. Our white kitchen with subway tile, quartz countertops, black quartz sink, and brass accents is located on this level. The dining room is also located on the second floor, and features a handmade table we crafted out of reclaimed KY barnwood and a 200-yr old Singer Sewing Table stand. The dining area features famous Eames chairs, complete with faux sheepskin throws. Plants galore liven the room and add a warmth and natural feel. The first floor private living room features its own wood-burning fireplace, one bedroom, and one bathroom. A chic Morrocan-inspired covered patio with moss wall, chandelier, lanterns and sectional is underneath the deck. Lots of ample woods, creekrock path, cafe lights, and outdoor space makes our house great for indoor and outdoor shooting options.
