Intimate Historic West End Photography Studio

Conveniently located downtown our Spacious Studio housing a dressing area , with various amenities included, including but not limited to: natural light, various seamless color backdrops, 1 Godox photography strobe, clothing rack, and steamer. You are responsible for your own backdrop, set up and lighting set up. Cyc wall IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE REGULAR RENTAL PRICE. Cyc wall may be booked at an additional cost of $50. Our Cyc wall is painted once per month on the first Monday of each month if you would like a fresh coat of paint you may add a fresh coat as an add on when booking. No music videos allowed. No photos or filming in the hallways. Video tutorials and interviews are acceptable. Our space is located on the second floor of a mixed use building with stair access. There is no elevator. If you need to reschedule we require a 48 hour minimum for 1 courtesy rescheduling. If less than 48 hours, but before 24 hours, you may reschedule for a 50% rescheduling fee. No same day rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in a loss of your time and payment.
