****The West Parlor is a set inside Warren Studios. To have the facility to yourself, book Warren Studios.**** The space is a built set inspired from abandoned late 1800's victorian homes. Pictures show outside of windows. 2 foot space above set walls for rigging. Brick wall on the outside of archway is real wall. Sound recording is recommended from 3:30pm-5am on weekdays and all day on weekends. If our operating hours and available times don’t work for your production, message us your preferred hours** This is a working paint factory from 1907. Might be dusty, poorly insulated, and have a paint smell in some areas that are shared with the paint facility. -Only suitable for recording sound 5pm-6am M-F and Weekends.
