Our unique and stylish converted storefront venue is perfect for your next event! You will have the storefront, 2 restrooms, full kitchen, coat room and a tiny outdoor area to yourself for your private event. Our space is ideal for your next: Birthday Party, Engagement Party, Baby Shower, Wedding Shower, Holiday Party, Private Dinner, Cocktail Party, Workshop, Meeting, Pop Up Shop, Launch Party, Photo Shoot, Networking, Art show, Art or Dabble Class, small performance, Fundraiser, Reunion, and more! SIZE: Storefront is 700 square feet. ( Two rooms in the " apartment area" are closed off at all times for venue storage) PARKING: There is free parking on the main street in front of our venue as well as on Tripp Ave ( residential parking across the street). Carpooling is suggested. TABLES: We offer 1 white dinning table along with 6 additional 6ft fold up tables. There is also a round glass table. CHAIRS: We have 40 black industrial metal chairs. * In the pictures, the tables that are lined up in a straight line fit 32 people. We do not recommend having over 40 people sitting as it will take up most of the space. SEATING: In addition to the tables and chairs, we have a sitting area with a cognac brown colored faux leather couch, coffee table, and 2 green barrel accent chairs in the storefront. ADDITIONAL ** We now offer balloon garlands** For additional rental we have ; glass wear, white glass china dish wear, white or black table cloths, table runners, napkins, colored lights Please contact me for more information about rental, prices and colors offered. - SET UP AND BREAK DOWN/ CLEAN UP AND EXIT MUST BE WITHIN BOOKED TIME!
