You will have the entire storefront, 2 restrooms, full kitchen, coat/ storage room and small outdoor area to yourself for your private event. Our space is ideal for your next: Birthday Party, Engagement Party, Baby Shower, Wedding Shower, Holiday Party, Private Dinner, Cocktail Party, Workshop, Meeting, Pop Up Shop, Launch Party, Photo Shoot, Networking, Art show, Art or Dabble Class, small performance, Fundraiser, Reunion, and more! SIZE: Storefront is 700 square feet. Entire venue including apartment ( two rooms are closed off, ) is 1,700 square feet. PARKING: There is free parking on the main street in front of our venue. TABLES: We offer 2 matching white dinning tables along with 4 additional standard size fold up tables. There is a round glass table in the kitchen. CHAIRS: We have 32 new matching black industrial metal chairs. SEATING: In addition to the tables and chairs, we have a sitting area with a new cognac brown colored faux leather couch, coffee table, and 2 green barrel accent chairs in the storefront. For additional rental we have ; glass wear, white glass china dish wear, white or black table cloths, table runners, napkins, colored lights Please contact me for more information about rental, prices and colors offered. - SET UP AND BREAK DOWN/ CLEAN UP AND EXIT MUST BE WITHIN BOOKED TIME!
