This traditional Brooklyn frame house is modern - so open, airy and bright - but filled with traditional elements like fireplaces, moulding, exposed brick walls and a lived-in family feel. There are 3 floors - the first is open plan with 'floating kitchen' - counter and bar stools, subways tiles, concrete surfacing... great for socializing and filming a cooking show. At the back there is a lovely European style garden with table and chairs, as well as a roof top vegetable garden and a chaise lounge looking out over the Brooklyn streets. The second floor has bedrooms with beamed cathedral-style ceilings and a fireplace. The top floor is a converted attic - a multipurpose playroom, guest room, gaming room, magical kids paradise.
You can easily set up lights from the outside of the house, both at the front and the back. Parking is street-parking but there are usually a few spots available, especially if you get there early in the morning. Please note there is a train in the distance - it's the LIRR - so it's not that frequent but it should be noted nonetheless.
