Beautiful Outdoor space in Boystown

With a house tucked into the back of a garden front yard, in the middle of Boystown, near many restaurants, bars, the space is perfect to be both in Chicago and to feel like you have gotten away. The space is perfect for photo shoots, small parties - baby/bridal showers, birthday, graduation, happy hours, pop-ups (with access to foot traffic - can definitely peddle some items from the front yard) and anything else you can think of! This space will feel like you are at home, hosting a party. Come in, decorate as you like and voila - you have your party! We will have water, coffee, tea, plates, utensils and if you need something specific - just ask and we will see what we can do! You will also have access to the refrigerator so you can keep party items cold! We do not provide catering or alcohol, but we do have a partnership with some companies if you would like to outsource this. Otherwise, feel free to use the kitchen, order out and BYOB. Outside we have seating for about 17 people, things can be moved around, however, we recommend a more standing friendly set up. When you book you get access to the dining area, living room area and kitchen area. For outside we don't have anything to block against the elements, we recommend 25 people as that is what can fit inside in case of rain. We do have heaters for outside if it is just cold. The house is a bed and breakfast and will happily let renters of the space peak into the rooms (if there are no guest booked in the room). This also means that our regular guest will be coming in and out, but they are asked to be respectful of your party and we just ask that you allow them to easily come in and out. We want to encourage community and fun! Since we are off Halsted, many people will be walking by and love to take pictures of the space, so be prepared to feel like you are in an exclusive party :). We will make sure that the space is clean for you, and just ask that you throw garbage away before you leave. We only charge a cleaning fee if you want us to clean up after you, however, if items are moved back to where they were and garbage is thrown away, there is no need to pay for the cleaning fee. We do not have much space to store items before or after your event, so please ask if this is something you will be requiring. Restrooms are located next door at Big Gay Sal's Pizza.
