Location will be delivered clean to the guests. Guests are asked to cleanup after their production. There are no plumbing issues at any of the houses at the location. The house next door with some additional furniture is also included in the location. There are some trash containers available for use by the guest upon prior request. Scouting of the locations prior to bookings are welcomed.
