Welcome to our rustic downtown space filled with ample natural light in our 114 year old industrial building. We have a gorgeous white brick wall at the back of our showroom surrounded by large windows that makes for a beautiful photo studio. Rental pricing tiers are dependent on crew size and square footage required. Furniture can be rented for the duration of the booking at 10% of its retail price. Furniture rental bundles are also available for shoots. Photos show examples of the space in use and do not reflect our current inventory. There is an industrial freight elevator that can be used to transport your equipment or as a cool backdrop. Please note that our showroom is open 10am-5pm Tuesday-Saturday, and will remain open unless special arrangements have been made in advance. We can accommodate rentals during non-operational hours. Some things to note: -This is a vintage store and active workshop. Space rentals are conducted during open hours and we can not guarantee total privacy. We recommend stopping by and checking out our showroom to see if the space is right for your needs! -There are four 20 amp grounded outlets located at the photo wall. Additional outlets can be reached by extension cord about 30 feet away. Clients need to bring their own extension cords, or they can be rented from us for $20 each. -The washroom is shared and is located about 75 feet from the photo wall. There is no dedicated changing area. There is a room adjacent to the photo wall that can also be utilized during rentals, it is semi-enclosed and you must provide your own privacy curtain. -We are located on the top floor of a 114 year old industrial building, it is large, open, and can be drafty. The space is incredibly charming but not modern, there is no HVAC. -The large open nature of the building prevents us from offering the space for audio recording purposes.
