Our studio is a 850 sqft loft in Bushwick, Brooklyn. We have 10’x 9’ north facing windows with consistent soft daylight throughout the day. The studio is available 24/7 so our booking schedule is flexible. Along with access to the studio space, you may book the 20,000+ sqft rooftop ($150 Flat Fee) with gorgeous 360º views of the Brooklyn and the city. Elevator runs 24/7. Rental includes Seamless Paper as a Background (does not apply for a full sweep*), C-stands, grip gear, and v-flats. 2 Strobes are included in base rental. *For seamless being swept under the feet, it is $20 per sweep and can be added before your booking. Please choose needed colors at the add-on screen. * **PLEASE NOTE** Set-up and break-down time is included in hours you book so please take that into account upon booking our space. IMPORTANT INFO: **All rentals have a 4 hour minimum. Due to demand, Weekends are at the $100/hr rate.** **Please allow for enough time to setup and breakdown as clients might be booked after you (overtime will be charged at 1.5x)** If you aren't versed in studio equipment, we recommend hiring an assistant. A lighting assistant can be chosen as an add-on.
