THE STUDIO This is a raw, live/work industrial warehouse just outside DTLA near Chinatown and Lincoln Heights. My wife, Tatum, and I live and create here, and we will be on-site as your HOST-MANAGERS to ensure your production has everything it needs. We have hosted everything from features films to elaborate music videos to to fashion photo shoots and understand the flow of a working set. THE AESTHETIC The space features a 37ft x 38ft open span with 11ft vertical clearance. Overhead is a stunning vaulted redwood bow truss ceiling. The textures consist of polished concrete floors and clean white walls, serving as a true blank canvas for set construction. Two large skylights provide natural fill but can be FULLY BLACKED OUT upon request for controlled lighting setups. PRODUCTION LOGISTICS We offer seamless ground-floor access with no freight elevators or stairs to navigate. There is dedicated power and breaker access. A separate 11ft x 18ft room kitchen is available as a UNIT BASE for talent holding, wardrobe, or crafty. PARKING is rare for DTLA: we provide ONE FREE GATED PARKING SPOT and have FREE STREET PARKING for your crew and equipment vans right off the I-5 and 110 freeways. THE FINE PRINT Wifi available.
