This is a bright daylight studio with a skylight and windows flooding the space with natural light and fresh air. It's a column-free 1,500 sqft space with open floor plan, exposed white brick, hardwood floors and views of the Manhattan Bridge. Temperature controlled with HVAC and fan. A bathroom is available directly across the hall. Elevator building. Perfect for Film/TV/print shoots, gallery shows/exhibitions, intimate gatherings and events, baby/bridal showers, workshops, yoga/meditation room.
