Suburban house

Our home has a great flow for easy camera manipulation. The rooms are large. The main living room and family room flow into one another and are separated by french doors that can be closed or left open. The family room has been converted into an office for one shoot, while the living room was converted into a den for another. It's very easy to move things around here. There is a large downstairs bedroom that has been used for wardrobe, and a separate adjacent large laundry room that has been used for makeup. Upstairs there is a bedroom, bathrom, an office, and a master bedroom suite with large walk-in closet and bathroom. The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, there is 2 blocks of unrestricted parking behind our house, with a gate that leads from our backyard to this street for easy access. This is a safe and close place for crew to park or other vehicles needed for your shoot. The backyard features a pool, spa and waterfall and a separate bbq area that has been used for craft services.
