This space is a loft-style landscape photography gallery. It features 750 square feet downstairs, and about 200 square feet upstairs in an open loft. The front features 18 feet of window light from floor to ceiling and can be accessed by the standard front door, or the optionally-available roll up window garage-style door. Originally designed as a live/work/retail flex space, it features a small complete galley kitchen, single full bathroom and an open plan loft. The downstairs is typically configured with a sofa and benches. The gallery has fine art photography hanging on the walls and on moveable frames. The exterior of the gallery has a wide 6 foot overhang that provides shade and some shelter from light rain for productions that span from inside to outside the gallery. We have folding tables and folding chair seating for 8 available for your use. Included with space rental: (16) folding chairs (4) 6' tables (4) 30" round tables bar or table height - projector - Smart TV - bluetooth speakers FAQ: - Production Listing is defined as a space to conduct your creative business. usually with a smaller number of people and timespan. A party or social gathering is considered an event. Please refer to the event rental listing. - Outside food and drinks/alcohol is permitted. No cooking in the space. - Set up and clean up time must be included in the booking. Minimum of 3 hours, no exceptions. - Take down of any prints requires a minimum fee of $100.
