I’ve rented my place for both film shoots and photo shoots, it’s an open floor plan with lots of natural light. The backyard is private with greenery all around. It’s one level with pool/external access via living room, Dining room, master and entrance. The garage is accessible by the kitchen door, garage front door and backyard.

During Covid only 2 small shoots taken place which a professional company came before and after the shoot with a machine/solution that is sprayed all over and kills viruses. I don’t provide this service the production companies do. I also have my own cleaning lady disinfect all areas after before and after crew leaves.
