A side gate provides seamless access for event catering or production gear, and the attached garage can be used for secure storage or additional staging space. Indoor Comfort & Style: Living Room: High vaulted ceilings, rich wood flooring, fireplace, dimmable lighting, and a mounted 75” Smart TV, perfect for cozy evenings or creative meetings. Kitchen & Dining: Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, tile floors, a charming dining nook, and a moveable island. A projector with a 200” screen, printer, and high-speed Wi-Fi are available upon request, making this space ideal for presentations or collaborative work. In-House Gym: Another bedroom has been transformed into a fully equipped gym with mirrors, Smart TV, kettlebells, TRX, battle ropes, ab gear, jump ropes, barbell set, dumbbells, gym mats, and more, perfect for fitness shoots or wellness-minded guests. This recommended Social Distancing Host Safety Protocol is a key part of our overall commitment to helping you maintaining a safe and healthy business in light of COVID-19. Physically contactless forehead thermometer scanner to be used by Host, Site Rep or designated point person to verify guest temperatures prior to entering the location. Pre-recorded video tours of the space and/or Zoom/FaceTime live location scouting to decrease the need for in-person scouting & tours. This can be done upon request. Suggested to bring live streaming & video conferencing tools on site. Strong internet connectivity & Wifi speeds give guests the ability to communicate remotely with their teams.
