Welcome to our bright, colorful home! Built in 1949, the living room has interesting architectural details showcasing its past, and we have also significantly remodeled the interior of the house to bring it into the 21st century. The vibe is California midcentury boho with a healthy dose of Mexican influence. It is warm, colorful and welcoming. The brand new kitchen is spacious and modern, perfect for cooking demos, product shoots and any other culinary content. The living room, bedroom and bathroom have enough style to stand on their own or be styled to meet the needs of your shoot. The quarter-acre yard surrounding our house features mature trees, sculptural cacti and diverse plant life – truly an oasis in the middle of a neighborhood.
