To mitigate the getting or spreading of COVID-19 among our community at Venture X, the following steps will be implemented, on top of the current cleaning procedures in place. - Enforce wearing of masks when walking around or talking in the common areas. Masks will be recommended but not enforced when people are sitting down and eating/drinking or working on their own. - Require all vendors to wear masks in the common areas. - Provide hand sanitizers throughout the area. - Post signage throughout the space for best practices (wear masks, 6 feet distance, stay home if sick, cover yourself while coughing/sneezing, etc.). - If someone contracts COVID-19, they will be required to stay home for 14 days and only return after they don’t show any symptoms for 3 consecutive days. All spaces utilized by the infected person will be disinfected with a fogger/mister. - Place handwashing signs in all bathrooms. - Require people to go home if they are showing symptoms of illness such as coughing, difficulty breathing, fever, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, or new loss of taste or smell. - Utilize a touchless temperature scanner to check if anyone has a fever and to check employees regularly. - Reduce # of chairs in the meeting and training room to ensure distance among people in those rooms. - Remove mouthwash from all restrooms. - Disinfect any space after it’s been utilized by a non-member or for any type of event with wipes, disinfectant spray, and/or our fogger/mister. - Disinfect commonly touched areas throughout the day. Venture X will keep the place clean and disinfected but cannot guaranty the complete elimination of viruses or bacteria. Venture X cannot be held liable if anyone contracts or is impacted by any virus within the space. Please help keep our place safe and clean.
